I admit I am a newbie when it comes to posting on Youtube. As usual like you and everyone, I’ve also watched Peter Mackinon and Ali Abdaal.

I am a big fan of both of them not because of their content but because of their consistency.

Ali keeps on focusing to create systems rather than GOALS.

What does it mean is the big question, I read the same concept in Atomic Habits and now I am listening to it from the top and my favourite people on the internet.

Build a SYSTEM instead of GOALS.

• How do you run your company?
• What’s your daily routine when it comes to working for your GOAL

and bla bla bla

Let me explain,

• Set your GOAL
• Create the Deadline - monthly/yearly/weekly
• Write the plan, each and everything
• Stick to the plan, no matter what, just stick to the plan

That’s it, it’s as simple as it sounds but as difficult to do it.
