How I am managing online writing for multiple platforms

I am writing for 2 years now and maybe I am wrong but most of the writers write on multiple platforms.

Most of us are writing on DevTo, Hashnode and so on.

But the question is how to manage the content.

Some blogs can be repeated on multiple platforms but not on all.

Where you will store all blogs and manage to post on multiple platforms.

Writer normally doesn’t write on one platform, I think so!

One Centralised Table

One centralised table and one place to store all blogs can be a good option

Testing the Idea

I create a notion database table for all my blogs Create columns for the things

I want to manage each blog, such as title, published status, paid/unpaid

Platforms and Clients Platforms Table

I create another table to manage platforms and clients called Clients Platforms and Platforms
